Inside a Philippine Ube Farm
A short farm tour of one of our upcoming planted ube fields, with fresh cuttings, bamboo trellises, and the farmers preparing the next harvest.
What you're watching
Every harvest of Philippine ube starts like this: fresh cuttings pressed into newly prepared ground, months before the first tuber forms. The bamboo trellises you see support the vines as they climb and photosynthesize, feeding the purple yam underground.
This particular field is one of our upcoming planted farms, run in partnership with local farming families. We operate our own farms and grow through verified farmer partners across Batangas, Quezon, and southern Philippine provinces.
Why we filmed it
Most "ube" on the global market never touches a Philippine farm. We publish farm footage so buyers, chefs, and manufacturers can see the real supply chain behind Filipino-grown ube: real fields, real farmers, real harvests.
Want to source real Philippine ube?
We supply wholesale ube powder, halaya, and frozen ube direct from Philippine farms to bakeries, ice cream makers, and importers worldwide.
