Direct-from-farm ube wholesale and export

Nearly 75% of global consumers consider a brand's country of origin as important as or more important than traditional purchasing criteria like price and quality.

Farm-Direct Sourcing

We operate our own farms and source from verified farmer partners across the Philippines. No commodity brokers, no anonymous supply chains.

Filipino-Owned Supply Chain

From planting to export, every step is managed by Filipinos. The value stays where the ube grows.

Full Traceability

Know exactly which farm grew your ube, when it was harvested, and how it was processed. Complete transparency.

Heritage Reserve

Our finest. Heirloom kinampay cultivar, single-farm traceable, peak-season harvested. Graded properly, because not all ube is equal.

Ube Powder

Made from the heirloom Kinampay cultivar and other prized single varieties, with deep natural color and aroma, processed to preserve its pigment and flavor. Two standard grinds: 30 mesh coarse for visible ube flecks in baking and other applications where you want the ube to read visually, and 100 mesh standard fine where you want it to disappear into the crumb. Real Dioscorea alata, no artificial colors. For artisan bakeries, premium ice cream, and fine dining.

Why We Grade Our Ube

Matcha has grades. Coffee has grades. Wine has appellations. Ube does not need to be like any of them to succeed, but each one proves a country can own a category on its own terms. Without grading, every crop becomes a commodity: cheap, undifferentiated, interchangeable. The farmers lose all pricing power.

That is what is happening to ube. The global trend is worth billions, but Filipino farmers see almost none of it. We grade our ube so the premium flows back to the farms. Back to the families who have been growing it for generations.

This is not about being fancy. This is about building an industry that Filipinos own.

From farm to cup

Our Heritage Reserve ube powder holds its deep violet color and true ube aroma through spray-drying, so it carries straight into lattes, pastries, ice cream, and baked goods without artificial color. One spoonful is enough to turn milk, batter, or cream a vivid, unmistakable purple.

Real Dioscorea alata, grown by Filipino farming families and graded so the flavor reaches the cup the way it left the field.

"Filipinos should own the ube boom, not just supply it."

The global ube trend generates billions. We are building a supply chain that ensures Filipino farmers are partners, not commodities.
