These terms apply whenever you use philippineube.com, submit a quote or contact enquiry, apply for a Tatak Ube™ license, apply as a farmer partner, create a buyer account, or buy from our store. Who we are

Philippine Ube is a Filipino-owned supplier of ube (Dioscorea alata) powder, fresh tubers, and related products, operating from Batangas, Philippines. See About and our sourcing page for more.

Quotes and wholesale orders

Submitting a quote enquiry is a request for information, not a purchase, and doesn't create a binding order on either side. A wholesale order is confirmed only once we've agreed specific terms with you in writing, including product, quantity, price, and delivery. Product descriptions, specifications, and availability on this site are accurate to our knowledge but can change, particularly given ube's seasonal supply; we'll always confirm current specifics before an order is finalized.

Store orders, payment, and shipping

Store purchases are processed securely through Stripe; we don't see or store your full card details. Merchandise orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, and delivery times and shipping costs shown at checkout come from Printful directly and can vary by destination. Because this is a print-on-demand and food product store, we ask you to check your order carefully before confirming, particularly sizes and quantities. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us at legal@philippineube.com and we'll sort it out; we don't currently publish a fixed return window here, so reach out and we'll work it out directly.

Tatak Ube™ licenses

Tatak Ube™ is a private certification and provenance mark owned by Philippine Ube, described in full on the Tatak Ube page. A license is granted per product, at our discretion, subject to the composition and traceability testing described there, and can be withdrawn if a licensee's product or supply chain no longer meets the standard. It is not a government certification.

Accounts

If you create a buyer account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Let us know immediately at legal@philippineube.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Site content and intellectual property

The text, images, data, and design on this site are owned by Philippine Ube or used with permission, except where otherwise credited (for example, cited research and government data). You're welcome to link to and quote our pages with attribution; please don't republish substantial content or use our name, farm imagery, or the Tatak Ube™ mark to imply an affiliation we haven't agreed to.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to submit false information on a quote, license, or farmer partner application, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with the site's normal operation.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the research, data, and claims on this site accurate and sourced, and correct errors when we find them. Even so, the site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, and nothing here is professional, legal, or nutritional advice. To the extent permitted by law, Philippine Ube isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
